That’s because no one can. But there have been a lot more Gaga halloween costumes than I've ever see Rihanna costumes, meaning her looks are more iconic as far as who she is as an artist, not just what she decides to wear on her head.
But how is your music success measured in how many people mimic your appearance anyway?
I get that Rihanna’s image is so hugely tied to her success, but you need to quantify it in a different way. Rihanna is clearly more overall successful despite Gaga’s amazing and fast rise to the absolute top. But using her hair colour for 1 era as a way to prove this is silly.
