Yeah, unless you're trying to say foreign-language films' actors are too white based entirely on the tiny number that get attention from the Academy.
This century, the only ones that got nominated are French (Cotillard, Riva which is a grand total of 2 people) or Spanish.
Just out of curiosity, checking Sag vs. Oscar Awards, differences in black noms:
Sag yes, Oscar no - Pam Grier (though there were 6 nominees at Sag that year), Oprah Winfrey, James Earl Jones, Forest Whitaker, Don Cheadle, Idris Elba
Sag no, Oscar yes - Quvenzhané Wallis, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Djimon Hounsou, Will Smith, Terrence Howard
Not a big difference. Though that arguably points more towards an industry-wide lack of opportunity than that AMPAS is super fair.
The Baftas seem more racist though; since 1994:
Bafta yes, Oscar no - Thandie Newton, Oprah Winfrey, Idris Elba
Bafta no, Oscar yes - Quvenzhané Wallis, Sophie Okonedo, Ruby Dee, Viola Davis, Taraji P Henson, Cuba Gooding Jr, Michael Clarke Duncan, Djimon Hounsou, Morgan Freeman, Denzel Washington, Will Smith, Terrence Howard.
Morgan + Denzel + Will actually have a combined zero Bafta noms.
