This trial is like a real-life Tom Robinson vs. Mayella Ewell, complete with side characters determined to back Mayella despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. It's a fascinating story!

Yet you're not really observing, you're constantly dragging peoples opinions and thoughts that dont suit your own? Also please tell me what evidence you have at Kesha lying, and please don't mention the testimony in 2011 that was obviously a lie and some bday cards because need I remind you of Kesha's dire position to stay on Luke's good side just as her career was taking off. The lack of evidence supporting Kesha doesn't equate to evidence that she is lying either.

There is no evidence he's ever had sex with Kesha, never mind rape, and substantial information and circumstances that suggests Kesha has fabricated the story.

Don't dismiss her 2011 testimony as "obviously a lie" because there is nothing obvious about it. Dr. Luke might be a super producer, but he isn't The Godfather. I'm not even going to entertain her excuse here.

The hyper personalised birthday cards and emails shouldn't be dismissed either, because it's not normal behaviour to rave about your rapist, and there has been no suggestion either Kesha or Pebe were forced to send those messages. Kesha partying and snogging her rapist is also very suspicious for the same reasons.

Pebe's interview with Billboard, or at least the taped recordings I'm sure Billboard will provide the courts, is fresh insight that suggests the rape didn't happen. How Pebe appears to describe the alleged event isn't how the mother of a rape victim would describe it. She also appears to suggest Kesha doesn't actually know if she was raped and just assumed it. Unfortunately Kesha has previously bragged about phantom sex, which is guaranteed to come up in Dr. Luke's argument against her allegations, and we shouldn't disregard it as ridiculous either.

To me it honestly looks like Kesha wanted out of her record contract and lied about being raped, thinking the horrific nature of the accusation would extort and blackmail Dr. Luke into dropping her on his own accord, so she doesn't owe him anything financially. He didn't play ball, and now Kesha has found herself entrapped in her own web of lies, as she has to fabricate evidence that the rape happened, when there is no evidence. That's why her own words and stories don't line up. Factor in conflicting aspects of the story from her mother, lawyer and interim manager, and it's even more suspicious.

The problem is even if Kesha grew a conscience, she can't backtrack, because Dr. Luke's counter suit will obliterate her entire existence. She needs to lie her ass off and pray the courts aren't on top of their game in May and throughout 2017, so they actually entertain her stories and accidentally believe her. That's the only way this plays out with Kesha "winning".

You can be amicable with your abuser after the abuse happened, i.e. Rihanna and Chris Brown. Luke gave her a career, money, a home, etc. Of course she is going to show him gratitude and grace. It doesn't negate the fact that two separate incidences of sexual assault may have occured, along with continuous verbal and mental abuse.
