I feel so bad for the 14 year olds of today who go on in life saying "The supreme singer, vocalist of my generation was Ariana Grande"

I still don't understand a good 65% of what she says in her songs....
Like, she's definitely better than most of her peers but that isn't really saying much, this is hands down the worst crop of popstars the industry has ever seen, and it is NOT a case of nostalgia.... All you have to do is watch one music award show to realize that 95% of them are either mediocre or BELOW average singers. Talent really DOESN'T win, this decade
Adele is the vocalist of this generation easily, if you're talking about people who've had most of their success in the 2010's-. But even her vocal abilities are overrated, there just really isn't anyone giving her a run for her money (in the mainstream world of music). Bruno Mars is hands down the best male vocalist as well, I just feel like no one really cares about him aside from his bops...
