Stacey Dash abruptly left VH1's series "Single Ladies" in 2011, and there were rumors floating around as to why. A new promo clip for LisaRaye's episode of Centric's "Being" has brought the conversation up again.
In the clip for the original docu-series, LisaRaye implies that her past onset feud with Dash resulted in the actress being replaced by former "All My Children" star Denise Vasi.
“In Hollywood, I’ve learned to be a boss,” she said in the clip. “I had to say to Stacey Dash, ‘If you don’t get your motherf**king finger out of my face…’ So for our second season of Single Ladies, there was a replacement for Stacey Dash.”
Ironic seeing as though that's when the show went downhill. Took too long of a break between seasons and when it came back it had a weird vibe which translated in the ratings. Then VH1 cancelled it and it ended up on Centric for its worst season and possibly the last
