Many Asians choose their English name randomly. It doesn't have to have some meaning or relation to their Chinese name. I don't think it's disrespectful to think the name doesn't fit

Probably randomly picked by him/his people when he became an actor. I think (?) he's by far more known as Zhou Zhou anyway which is cute so all's good.
My Taiwanese friend promised to buy me the DVD when it comes out. How sweet of her! She's my classmate in most of my subjects so the DVD better get released this year!
