Beyoncé. She works tirelessly until she produces the album that she wants and is a complete perfectionist.

Bey and Adele, which is why I stan for both.

Christina Aguilera. Atleast she WAS. Her Stripped & Back to basics records are great examples.

Bey, Adele and Gaga... I mean, these are the only three that took their time to release their work despite having monstruous hype:

Bey didn't release right after her first SB;

Adele took all these years to drop 25;

Gaga could've easily take advantage of the of buzz she had this year and release it already, but she said that it'll be done when it is supposed to. And it fits ARTPOP too, though she allowed herself to go a bit too far on it/to let her guard down..

Beyoncé's discography ages so well. And it only gets better with each release.

No one on this list of pop girls and certainly not one of the ones that releases an album and follows up with another filler filled album a year later.

Perhaps someone like Grimes who was willing to take years and learn to play new instruments and improve her production techniques and was also willing cut out a lot of the tracks she had written. Or perhaps Carly Rae Jepsen who must have spent quite a lot of her Call Me Maybe coins on songwriting and production to write 200 songs before selecting the tracks for Emotion.
