How can he be so ripped and then have his chest feel so soft? I've seen bodybuilders who've had less muscle mass than this (clearly steroids-pumped) guy yet their pecs felt and looked firmer. IT almost looks as if he had implants.

He isn't ripped he uses synthol an oil injected into the muscle to make them appear bigger. It often leads to a lot of infections and issues. If you look at the other videos on this page one shows a guy shooting pus and **** out of an infected shoulder.
