I've never had a bad hotel experience because I read reviews before I book, get recommendations from people who travel a lot

well it wasn't really that bad but it was a pretty nice hotel in Miami that we were staying at and the manager started following us while we looked at some of the amenities after we had checked in.

she started talking to someone on a radio. Apparently she was following us because she didn't believe that we could have checked in to the hotel and thought we were randoms who were trespassing

its my first and so far only experience with racial profiling. Thankfully that was only the first day. Afterwards they trusted us when they, you know, saw that we had actually paid for and checked in to the hotel dd.

my family and i were staying in a hotel in utah for a ski trip and a guy that obviously wasn't an employee came to our door, and i was like 10 and playing around in the hallway in front of our room, so i saw him first. he came up to me and told me he had a deal on insurance to talk to my parents about and to let him in, and i said that we already had insurance (well, at least i thought we did), and he said his insurance would be cheaper but i said we were rich and it didn't matter, so he left. then the next day we heard that someone had things stolen from their hotel room, so...

and in the other one, we were staying in a hotel in colorado also for a ski trip, and on the last day we noticed a mysterious white stain on the bed sheets that had a very similar consistency to, well...yeah. we left that room as fast as we ****ing could.
