I'm saying "who cares?" to someone misspeaking and then quickly apologizing. Literally, it shouldn't mean anything. Give me one reason why I, as a gay male, should care about someone misspeaking and then going on to recognize that and apologize for it?

Because Bernie was right
in regards to talking about US imperialism during the Bay of Pigs invasion and other regime changes the US wanted to enforce on Latin American countries. He wasn't defending his human rights record and specifically went out of his way to say Castro wasn't a good person. But again, Clinton supporters do what they do best, take something out of context and deflect from the conversation.
Hillary, who is allegedly so pro LGBT (which is a farce) goes on national television to praise the same woman whose husband's administration is basically responsible for the deaths of thousands of LGBT Americans. Their administration laughed when they were told it was a "gay plague" and refused to acknowledge it. The fact she doesn't know this says everything. It's not like it is some little known fact either, especially considering she was alive during that period.
Hillary doesn't give a **** about the LGBT community. She's never supported them until it was in her best political interest to do so.
