there's been a million songs that have been heavily sampled by old instrumentals. beyonce herself has a few of them. as long as the sample is CREDITED....there's not going to be any issue worth dragging.
i've never heard of this song or know any Kaleidoscope song...just like i never heard of Major Lazer then....so i don't care. as long as I hear Bey's glorious vocals over the track.

It doesn't even matter until the full song is out...but what is in the tour video I don't even consider a sample...it's just them playing the Kaleidoscope song.
I don't think the final version will just be her singing over that instrumental anyway...
