I wouldn't call out the Meghan debut. The iTunes glitch last week gave it a slow start and the UK charts have changed now. It's difficult to get a high debut unless you go all out first week (video, promo, radio deal).
"NO" is doing fine. It's top 30 on iTunes now and it's streaming is slowly building. The UK charts are all about steady climbs now. Look at the current top 10, they all climbed in there over time (except ZAYN).
A Kendrick Lamar album track(??) debuted 2 spots above her. That isn't fine.
She'll climb, no doubt. It's a really underwhelming start coming off a big era tho.
