Yes, I think Dr. Luke is innocent of these rape allegations because he could have very easily just said he had consensual sex, but instead he is saying he's never had sex with her, which can be proved with a polygraph test with 99.7% accuracy. Plus it's not as if he's with his Mrs Luke circa 2005 to be worried about being found out a cheat.

But I also think Kesha deserves better than the inevitable headlines this article will bring.

Luke's extortion lawsuit against Pebe where he submitted the e-mails as evidence was thrown out, so there's that too, although that doesn't exactly shed a positive light on Kesha's case by any means.

Dr. Luke can only sue Pebe through the Tennessee legal system because that's where she lives, so his New York lawsuit was thrown out, to focus all attention on the original Tennessee lawsuit.

It's a bit of a mission to get to Tennessee for trial, so Dr. Luke would have preferred a New York trial.

Luke only wants to have court proceedings in New York (this is a clause in her contract!!!!!!) because in California, where Kesha originally filed, Luke is violating a business law. He's sketchy and wants to keep Kesha tied to a contract till she's dead, even when it's to his own detriment. But you already full well knew that.
