Does anyone else here think that demi (or any other artist in this present time) was at a disadvantage compared to her peers because of her weight? I was reading a thread recently about another artist saying that if they looked different they may see different success because of how the gp perceive them?
Imo it’s different from Adele and Kelly because of their older more mature demographic yet Demi targets more of the younger mainstream audience who are more likely to look up to someone famous based on looks
However she looked great during her vanity shoot last year and has made a stunning transformation, but I feel she should focus on targeting a more mature approach with her music rather than focus on the overdone empowerment themes since shes now over that bridge, i have a strong feeling her next era will be a lot more successful than her latest especially if she follows another path similar to selenas yet with her own artistic integrity
people make fun of her because she had an eating disorder and trash like you for example love to take advantage of that. So while hiding behind a fake account she's rolling in money and fame, have fun being bitter all you want.
