I love both of them, but I can see with my own two eyes that Marina was throwing some shade at the very least at Charli's photo. Even if it's not at Charli personally.

Okay the Instagram comment I could see being a joke or playful. But the tweet was definitely not a joke. She would not joke around about intellectual property in such a bland way. What's the punchline? She seems quite literal in her defense of artistic property and respect for other artists.
