at a global scale, both 21 and 25 might be the most dominant albums in its eras, of all time.
just look at the decade best-list:
1. Adele 21 - ~30 million
2. Adele 25 - 17 million (and counting)
3. Taylor Swift 1989/Buble -Christmas/eminem - recovery ~9 million

Nowadays, the Brazilian great public buys more dvds than studio albums. Our decadent record labels pushes this agenda and they accept this idea.

Well, i think DVDs are more expensive so i guess they win with this. Still weird tho lol, i don't think that happens in much places!

Yes, it's weird and I don't like it because the artists that have support from the media nowadays of the called "Sertanejo universitário" sucks live and don't have content.

Of Adele's LPs, 2011's 21 is still the biggest success, with to-date sales of 4,902,656 - nearly half of the 10m total.
However, 25 - released in November last year - had the biggest first-week sales of the three (800,307, compared to 21's 208,090 and 19's 73,341). It has already overtaken the total of debut album 19 by more than half a million, shifting 2,825,607 to-date compared to the latter's 2,309,688.

yeah, 2,3 million is basically 8x platinum. for her lowest selling album 
so proud tho that also 19 is massive there, it deserves every bit of it!
