If we're exclusive and he has the actual title of "boyfriend", it's only one. I don't cheat and I don't do open relationships. I've seen multiple people at the same time (or more like been on dates with different people in a short span of time); however, it wasn't serious with any of them.
When I was 17, I talked to three guys at once. I had just came out the closest that year, and I enjoyed the freedom too much, so I became a little boy crazy (I didn't do anything sexual with any of them, though).
I broke up with all three of them on the same day as well
