It's a distraction from the fact that Hillary is beating him. And Hillary won't give in to an opponent pressuring her because SHE is in charge of her campaign and she won't be forced to do anything by a man.

non issue? She promises that she will break up the big banks when necessary, let them fail, hold them to account etc. She says the money that they give her doesn't influence her but most people don't really believe her. The transcripts are important because it will prove if she's saying one thing to the banks and another to the American people.
'She sounded like a Goldman Sachs managing director,' an audience member of a Clinton speech, which made the candidate $225,000
'It would bury her against Sanders,' another attendee of the October 2013 speech in Arizona said.
'It was pretty glowing about us,' said the first source. 'It's so far from what she sounds like as a candidate now. It was like a rah-rah speech.'
If it was boring and she has nothing to hide then she would just release them. Instead she says she will wait until republicans to release theirs which shows she has no intention of being as transparent as Bernie.

Even if "most people" don't you can't deny that the allegations of corruption are turning off voters. And it will not be the last we hear of it even if she wins the primary.
