It doesn't matter. People are acting like Hillary must have revealed some hidden, deep, dark secrets to a bunch of Goldman executives, but the speeches were probably very boring. The whole "Release the transcripts" movement was created by Bernie to cause fake controversy over a non-issue that doesn't matter to the voters. It's a distraction from the fact that Hillary is beating him. And Hillary won't give in to an opponent pressuring her because SHE is in charge of her campaign and she won't be forced to do anything by a man.

I personally think it's great that an intelligent, educated, incredibly successful woman was able to make money just by doing public speaking engagements. Like Mika Brzezinski says, women need to "know their value". When Hillary made the speeches, she had been without a source of income for the first time in over a decade. What's wrong with making money by giving a few harmless speaking engagements?

We don't care. Most people don't, and Bernie rarely has anything to use against her and clearly the Goldman sachs thing didn't take off like he wanted.

It's been the Democrats' agenda for decades.

She has been very transparent about this. She's not going to let other people force her into things just so they can exploit her and distract from her campaign. It's a cheap political trick. I love her for being a strong woman and standing her ground! She must show strength as a female candidate.

She specifically advocated for single-payer healthcare.

But that's not the way it ended up going. We got Obamacare, which is a fantastic start. Hillary will work tirelessly to finish the job! It's so important to work with what you got and make the best of TOUGH situations. It's how true progressives make actual progress. That's the sign of a leader.
