slay, it is indeed very ill-informed for someone who believes in equality of the sexes to not consider themselves a feminist due to the negative connotation falsely attributed to the word
Maybe they aren't feminists because there is something wrong with the movement itself. It's either they're wrong, misinformed or don't want equality or rights for women.
There has to be another reason that less than 80% of people don't identify as feminists
I'm aganist sexism and misogyning I'm aganist the label cause of the radicals who hijacked it and use it to bring other women down by not embracing the label. it's condescending and infantilizing
