I thought they would vote for Bernie

Bernie is for helping people help themselves through education and health care. That's not going to resonate with many african americans.

It infuriates me when Bernie supporters ask this, so condescending. Acting like they're dumb / ignorant of politics so they're voting for Hillary by default

Hillary Clinton supporters are offended by everything. Get over it. It's legitimate to ask why someone would support Hillary Clinton when Bill Clinton's policies did more to incarcerate black people than any other Democrats...and in general didn't improve black peoples well being.

I agree with the "We don't want Trump to win" sentiment being one of the main reasons why blacks are voting for Clinton.
