Sony were/are lying and there is no way Kesha and Sony can have a stable working relationship, with or without Luke, after that injunction trial. Suing Sony was the worst decision of her entire case.

This is EXACTLY what she did. No doubt about it.

She was so sure she was going to win she literally sued the people that could have inevitably saved her career.

Her lawyer needs to be fired and she needs to sue him NEXT

Actually, let me correct myself. The worst decision of her entire case was hiring Mark Geragos as her lawyer. He's literally done nothing right. Like, name one thing that he's done that's made you go "Omg Kesha is coming for blood. Her lawyer is NOT playing. Luke is 100% done". I dare you.

Everything bad that has occurred during this case would have had to have been approved by Geragos (including filing a suit against Sony).

"We have sufficient evidence"

"There are MULTIPLE witnesses"

"We have sworn testimony from many people in the industry"

This would make her look SO bad but honestly I fear it's the only way she can salvage whatever standing she has left in this and get her case back on track. She needs to fire and sue Geragos for essentially defaming her character. He's done so many foolish things that have reflected badly on Kesha.

She needs someone who gets things DONE. I'm done with these games.

I know that's a really bad analogy, but you get what I mean, right? You can't just pick and choose lawyers based on the big names they've defended, you have to find the right one that's tailed to your specific case and has your best interests as their #1 priority. Geragos doesn't seem like a good match for Kesha at ALL, ESPECIALLY when you consider he's defended an alleged child rapist (MJ) and a confirmed woman abuser (Chris Brown), the two EXACT things that Luke is supposed to have done to Kesha.

It's like they've picked the exact opposite lawyer of what they need. They literally couldn't have done worse if they tried.

I'd just like to mention how **** the Warrior tour was. I cannot @ how bland and ugly the stage looked most of the time and how her disastrous backing vocalists sang half of the songs while Kesha stood there "feeling the music". I remember during one of the Supernatural live performance videos there was some random fat old bitch (part of Kesha's team) standing to the side of the stage watching her... like you could see this random Walmart'd woman on the side of the stage from the audience perspective. I never watched a Warrior tour video again (although the iHeart Radio one slayed). The purple warrior and die young outfit were amazing but the others were so ugly and Target'd.
