Kesha has found a buyer for her Nashville, Tennessee, home after listing it for sale last year.
The beleaguered singer, who's been locked in a legal battle with music producer Dr. Luke and Sony, had been asking $1.55 million for the secluded property, but dropped the price to $1.45 million.
The house, which she purchased back in 2010 for $1.4 million, is currently in escrow, according to Variety.
It's not the only property that Kesha has offloaded recently.
In July last year, she sold a bungalow in Venice, California, after owning it for just a year.
The 1920s Spanish style home, that she purchased in May 2014 for $1.65 million, sold for $1.8 million, Variety said.
Probably cause she cant afford it anymore. She isnt selling music or releasing music right now, her last album flopped, legal fees etc, so its no wonder shes struggling with money.
What exactly is her income right now? Where is she gettin money?

She OWNED the house and purchased it in 2010 when she was "poor" lawl. How could she possibly not afford a house she already owns
Could be moving in with Brad, or maybe just relocating for decent house. I'm pretty sure it's not to get money for the contract, since Sony has also said no to her to be able to buy herself out. Well, that's what I've heard anyway.
