Ofc not but if they get a written docotors note that something runs in their family they can get exemption. Just like every cyclist where "astma runs in the family" so they can use certain medication to help them recover.

The Latvian company that manufactures meldonium says the normal course of treatment for the drug is four to six weeks — not the 10 years that Russian tennis star Maria Sharapova says she used the substance.
Can't believe she or anyone of her team wasn't more careful and checked the new stuff on the doping list. Pretty crazy that something like that can happen to someone like Sharapova.
Will be very interesting to see how long the ban will be. Guessing 1 year.
