don't do this if you're underweight. the fat is what keeps you alive while you aren't getting carbohydrates. and don't do it anyway actually, because if you metabolize faster and aren't getting any carbohydrates/fat, you put yourself at risk for ketoacidosis, which can kill you if it gets too extreme. don't do that.
