yes I'm croatian and they're everywhere in the inner balkan region I once spotted an adult man stealing a little girls bike. Like really a bike for small children. They're very rude and I avoid them whenever I see one.

Not as financially important as blacks are the development of the US, but the Romani certainly had an important role in Europe's cultural development over history despite always being thrown under the bush and discredited for their contributions.
Maybe in some Eastern countries, but certainly not here.
We have a family of them as neighbours and they are very polite and nice. Others in the city, though...it's like with every other nation - there are good ones and bad ones. The social stigma and prejudice just makes them become bad more frequently than good, I guess.

Idk about the rest of Europe but certainly not in France. Roms didn't arrive until the early 2000s.
Yes. Everybody hates them here in Italy. They got kicked out of my town in 2002. They don't work, they don't send their children to school, and they mainly make a living off stealing from homes.
