But where are they getting this "nearly 20%" figure from? The actual poll shows that 8% voted "disapprove somewhat" and 5% for "disapprove strongly." That doesn't even round to 20%.

And also, I don't like the phrasing of the question. "Freed all slaves in rebellion against the federal government." That second portion could groom the respondents for a specific answer, since it contextualizes the slaves as rebels.
