Luke has been branching out into urban producing lately. I'm sure many rappers have done far worse than he has & will not think twice about working with him. Some people don't care at all and he will continue to be fine.
It's not like people will hear a song on the radio and turn it off because he produced or worked on it. They probably won't even know he was involved.
Likely the same thing that happened to Kesha between 2005 and 2009. Stuck in label limbo. We know she's been recording lots of songs, but Luke won't let her have an album until she gets a smash hit single. Even "Shower" wasn't big enough for him to allow her an album.
Sadly it's not over for him. GP will forget about this in 2-3 years.
Those desperate artists who want hits will work with him anyway.
This. And the GP will continue listening to his songs without realizing they're his just like they do now and have been for the past decade or so. I don't think some of yall understand. Dr Luke is not a public celebrity, he's a background producer who was never in the spotlight to begin with. He'll be fine. It's sad but true. Labels will still force their artists to work with him and the GP does not care/know enough about him to boycott his work.
