Both were claimed innocent by a judge, I still don't see the difference.
About the "dead legend and icon": A person does not deserve a privileged treatment because of his/her position. I believe in equality and so I treat all people the same.
Also, I already got warned and "paid" for it so I'd appreciate if you were nicer to me. I just want to understand what's the difference to be better, to be like you. And I am not in the mood of fighting I just want a coherent answer.
