my cousin was a songwriter, later artist for RCA back in 1998. He was persuaded to record mostly other writers' material instead of his own. He ended up getting dropped because he was a slight success but didn't have any creative freedom

I've been asked for my input on these "revelations". Truth be told, they're nothing new. I'm now considered Dr. Luke's biggest fan on ATRL (not that I particularly like his work), and I can confirm from personal experience he is one of the most blunt people in the business. His Asperger’s means he will tell you how it is. There's no disputing the fact he's what most people would refer to as a "bitch", especially if he was female.
But what Kelly Clarkson and countless of others on this message board fail to comprehend, is that being a bitch is not the same as being a rapist. His character doesn't even suggest he'd be a rapist. It is incredibly narrow minded to think "oh, Dr. Luke was mean to me and hurt my feelings, he therefore must be a rapist". That's not how that works.

This isn't a case with a jury. Dr. Luke isn't being charged with anything. The alleged drugging-and-raping is simply on a list of reasons why Kesha wants her record contract annulled, and she is not pressing charges regardless of the outcome, because there's no evidence it happened.
There may be a jury for Dr. Luke's legal case against Kesha, where the maximum penalty is up to 15 years if Kesha is proven to have blackmailed Dr. Luke and is lying.

That's not even what Kelly said (and she specifically mentioned that her issue is not even related to Kesha's). The fact is, Luke is a douchebag (ever since Kelly first worked with him on SUBG). Patterns are relatively a decent measure of a person's character.

It's implied:
"When so many artists don't like you, that says something."
The context of her classless comments imply "so many people don't like Dr. Luke, that says something about his character, so he may be a rapist".
Nobody is questioning whether he's a bitch or not. But Kesha isn't accusing him of just being a bully. She's saying he drugged her and raped her, in 2005 or 2006 (Kesha hasn't decided when).

She's not referring to the rape at all, in fact she explicitly says "I wasn't there" and "our situations are different" when speaking about why she didn't jump in when Kesha fans asked her to.
She's referring to the fact that he's a horrible person, if hundreds of people say that you're mean, there's no smoke without fire, basically. Like you said, nobody is disputing that Luke is a mean person, so i'm not sure why you're trying to imply she's talking about the rape when she isn't.

She just said the label forced her to work with him and that's because the guy is a musical genius, they were not wrong. He gave her the biggest hit of her career.

Almost NO Dr. Luke supporter doubts he's a bitch. When he used to talk to us directly on Pulse Music Boards, he'd be so blunt about Kelly Clarkson in particular, we know first hand he doesn't like her, thinks she's fat and lacks vision, etc.
We doubt Kesha's allegations of rape.

In 2007, Kelly and her manager went on a Clive Davis smear campaign during her My December era. They were trying to convince the media that Clive disliked the album and framed these discussions as if he didn't like females writing their own material, when in fact he had given many females the opportunity to write their own material. Kelly had to eat crow and posted this statement on her website:

Clive didn't say that he hated My December; he was just trying to make Kelly aware that he didn't hear any hits on the album and didn't think it would perform that well commercially. It was his right to give his opinions on that aspect to investors during the conference. Why should he have to lie if he's not confident about the product? Welcome to the music industry!
He wasn't contractually obligated to release the album, but let her release it the way she wanted anyway. The problem was that Kelly was insistent that the album be released as is, and was saying that she didn't care about hits and money, yet her manager was demanding a multi-million guarantee on My December and was planning a tour against the advise from the label. When the tour plans fell apart, Kelly fired the manager who had been championing her and the project. The label tried to work with Kelly, but she rejected every idea, such as releasing a single first to test the waters before taking on a full album release.
