People on ATRL are sooo busy trying to hold pop music to some impossible standard. Pop music is designed to sell.
There are good and bad songs for sure, but to think that pop music needs to be a lyrical masterpiece or revolutionary is dumb.
Sometimes it's okay to just enjoy the music and not worry about it changing the world.
