I wouldn't want to be 90 years old having my body ravaged by radiation and too sick to enjoy whatever additional time the treatment would buy me (if any); I would want to LIVE and enjoy my time with my loved ones, no matter how little time that might be. I hope she enjoys every last moment and doesn't suffer. She sounds like a joy to be around.

She made the right choice though, at that age, you have lived your life and instead of living your last years, fighting it, live and breathe what you've always wanted to do before you're gone.
Good for her. Lbr she's 90 anyways, even if they did cure her, she wouldn't have much time left. It's best for her to spend her remaining time and money on happy things rather than being holed up in the hospital going through medical treatments to extend her life span by maybe 5 years max. Now she gets to do all the things she always wanted to and she'll be with her husband soon enough
