I think it was Mike who posted a couple pages back about Bernie needing to attack Hillary in the next debate. I agree that it is fair game to do so and don't blame him for doing it, but this week will be the last where he can pull that stunt. If he doesn't get the necessary returns in those March 9th-15th states and start eating into Hillary's delegate lead, then he needs to pull back the rhetoric and start working to unify the party.

All democratic primaries/caucuses are proportional. However, some states have a threshold, meaning that if a candidate does not reach it (i.e Hillary in Vermont, missed 15%), then they do not qualify for any delegates.

Republicans have a mixed system, with early states proportional/some hybrid (i.e. proportional to an extent until a threshold has been passed, after which its winner-takes-all, or where the winner takes a certain percentage for sure and then additional depending on proportion). Later on, big states such as Florida and Ohio become WTA because they are designed to put someone ahead in 2 man race.
