i think you're drawing a distinction between two terms that doesn't actually exist in the real world
she said she pays a doctor to "do fun stuff" to her face
she's had a nose job as well as whatever else (the chin thing is a bit ridiculous tho if anyone is going that far)
what is the big deal, money well spent
