Taylor, obviously. Selena's on her biggest era yet after seven years of releasing music so clearly her. JB will if he can use the Purpose momentum on his next album, too.
Define new? Define generations by time period of career start? By when they got their first hit single, breakthrough (what's the minimum size of a hit to be counted as a breakthrough?) with niche audience or the GP or 10+ non-English-speaking countries?
