I'm going to have to disagree... If you're going to do a song the same exact way as its original singer you have to do something different. She didn't hit the runs she tried to go for very well and her voice was definitely shaky. She did a nice job imitating it, but I don't think being a Beyonce fan makes up for not being unique when you're trying to succeed as an entertainer in your own right. If she ever becomes famous and wants to perform that song she'll have to do something different with it to keep people's attention in the long run.
There's a reason so many people on shows like this don't do well after they win or appear on the show. They spend so much time imitating the originals. Look at American Idol... the people who imitate others a lot don't usually do very well. You have to be likable and be able to bring something to the field that's unlike what everyone else is offering. You have to go with your strengths but also work with your flaws, as those are your biggest obstacle.
This girl is definitely likable and she can definitely sing, but I think she could have done so much more.
