Miley is very high B-list. Selena is B/very high C-list simply for the fact that people know her name/associate her with Bieber. Demi and Ariana are bigger celebrities/more well-known than Meghan too.

If you were to go out and show a picture of Meghan Trainor to random people on the street, most of them would have no idea who the hell she is.

Call me when Meghan has 5 #1's on the Hot 100, sold over 30 million albums, has 6 Grammy's and is being named as one the best voices of this generation.

Christina is far above Meghan and definitly not on the "bottom" of the A-list.

OP: I don't think Meghan is there just yet, but she's definitely working her way up, her debut era was huge so there are chances that she might be consider A-list if her sophomore album will become a success.
