Hard Candy has higher highs (the singles) but also lower lows... some of the worst tracks of her career. It's kind of a cringeworthy project overall. I prefer MDNA.

Superstar, Best Friend, Gimme All Your Lovin, Some Girls are among some of the worst songs of her career.

At least Hard Candy has Miles Away and Heartbeat. And for the gay club cliches, Give It 2 Me and Beat Goes On are easily better than Im Addicted and Turn Up the Radio. Personally ive always hated Girl Gone Wild but I understand its appeal to those that it appeals to. Even if it makes me eye roll.

Some Girls is actually an album highlight and I'm Addicted is pretty good. I love Girl Gone Wild but it's not for everyone.

Miles Away, 4 Minutes, and Give It 2 Me are the only songs on HC I listen to. The rest just sound lame and dated to me. And don't get me started on the imagery So embarrassing...

Honestly, I don't listen to either album very often. They're pretty much universally viewed as her weakest efforts. I think MDNA gets a little too much hate though.

Hard Candy is her worst album, possibly. MDNA nor RH are that bad.

Hard Candy is still the better album.

Hard Candy is a great album, actually. It was ahead of its time.
