Tove Lo's album sold like 200k and it was certified Platinum today.

The singles :

- Stay High : 2.6M copies sold
- Talking Body : 1.3M copies sold
- Moments : 100k

basically the same situation singles-wise as ARTPOP.

Considering ARTPOP sold 500k more in pure sales, why can't they certify it Platinum?
