She went from caring too much what people think to... This. The other extreme.
I think this is how she deals with the fact that she cared too much - she either cares too much or doesn't care at all. She has a hard time finding a middle ground it seems.
That's just my observation anyway. I don't like pretending I know everything about celebrities' personal life. You're right though, she needs to get it together.
