Okay, it's understandable that you might want to take some time to calm down.
If you don't live alone, I want you to go into a room where the people you live with are in/have access to. Somewhere where you can't sit privately.
It looks as if you have good perspective, which is important. However, your problems are just as important as anyone else's. I can see that you're going through a really hard time right now.
But things can change & they can change for the better, with time.
It might be a good idea to do something to take your mind off things while you're there, like listening to some music (Unconditionally, Dark Horse, ET, Firework), watching some television or doing something else you enjoy.
Sometimes physical activity can help, but I know it's quite late so doing something to distract yourself for a while might be enough. Talking about personal and emotional things can be really draining. It's good to see that you are taking care of yourself in this way and are able to see when you've had enough.
The next time you feel low, feel as if you're about to cut or harm yourself; can you go online to talk to one of these services?
