first phase: very sad, lots of sad music, probably crying.. it's tough, but I usually just let it happen.
2nd phase: Neutralization. Here, I usually become emotionally neutral because I'm exhausted from phase 1. I usually tend to enter this phase 1 week after ühase 1. This is also the time where I decide to meet up with friends again and refocus.
3rd phase: Re-Confidence. Here I usually kind of say bye bye to the relationship (even tho I still think of the person). But I definitely come to terms with it, say to myself that I'm better than being treated like the way he did (LOTS of Beyonce-music in this phase!!!) and usually work very hard on myself, take nice selfies, go out, have fun, and just believe that there is definitely somebody out there whos better for me anyways.
4th phase: Final Goodybye. Here, I finally don't think of the person anymore.
I honestly allow myself to be "weak" for only a couple of days since I believe it's important to move on and believe in oneself and the fact that only we ourselves can make us truly happy. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing to keep in mind. Of course, exterior factors contribute to one's happiness, but after all, it's all YOU! So believe in that, keep ur head high after the first phase and look forward to something better.
