I understand you're trying to defend an alleged liar, but please don't be silly. Dr Luke and his lawyer clearly mean Kesha's team, friends and family, not Kesha herself.

If Kesha is a proven liar in court, and everything Dr Luke has said is proven true, of course he would win.
Not only will he win, he would be out for blood.
Like he would completely decimate her entire existence.
And yes, if he's proven innocent and wins a defamation lawsuit, he has every right to do it.
