Hardcore Nancy Drew fans really aren't going to like that it's gonna be a procedural. And nostalgia doesn't really keep them satisfied unless the show is done in a fashion that represents Nancy as she is in the books. This may do good with a general audience, but I doubt the hardcore Nancy fans are gonna eat this up.
