'A Star is Born' starring Beyoncé & Bradley Cooper happening
The California Film Commission announced Wednesday that 13 new feature films, including 10 studio productions and three independent productions, were earmarked for the state’s expanded Film and Television Tax Credit Program in its second round of selections.
The highest profile productions – also receiving the largest tax credits – include a Warner Bros. remake of “A Star is Born” starring Beyonce and directed by Bradley Cooper (for $8.9 million in tax credits) and Disney family comedy “Overnight on 42nd Street” ($9.5 million).
