Probably around 12 hours on The Sims. That game used to make me lose all sense of time. I'd start playing on a Saturday morning, and not even realize it was nighttime by the time I'd finish.

I remember for sure that when Pokémon B&W released on Japan I spent like 18 hours straight playing. Everytime a new mainline Pokémon game gets released I pretty much marathon it but for B&W I didn't even sleep I think, I started playing for 18 hours, went to HS, came back to my home and then resumed playing
