Two scenarios:

1 He drugged them and hanged them after.
2. Mother hanged her daughters, hanged herself and he found them (but why post it on Insta, so so messy).

The hell? People are sick.

Is there a possibility that this isn't real?

EDIT: But this is still insensitive either way and should be reported. I'm not trying to draw attention away from them & their struggles if this is real.

celebrity must be terrible, knowing there's people like this that know you and possibly want to harm you too
