Yes, she started gaining weight in summer 2015 because the legal case, meetings with her lawyer etc. prevented her from seeing her personal trainer.
Her and her makeup artist (Vittorio) see the same trainer and in his recent pics she hasn't been for a while.
I imagine this lawsuit is hard on her and time-consuming so I can understand why she hasn't been in Tip Top shape.
