To a certain amount of people, in certain areas, who knew of her existence.
But to the rest of the world who didn't. Still nope.
I can promise you that neither my father (in his late 50's) or my little brother (in his late teens) know, or would be able to recognize who Kylie Minogue is (but they are also straight black men.)
Can guaruntee you that they know/recognize or are at least aware of existence of the Jenners/Kardashians
