Justin Bieber has a best man speech to prep! The singer's dad, Jeremy Bieber, proposed to girlfriend Chelsey Rebelo on Feb. 19 in St. Barts, and shared a video of the special moment on YouTube.
The 41-year-old, clad in an all-white ensemble, can be seen leading his bride-to-be, 28, up to a viewing point where he popped the question. Chelsey responds with a shocked, "Oh my god."
